We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Process Management Manager to join JLL’s growing Delta Air Lines Account. In this role, you’d partner with account stakeholders to solution, plan, implement, and report on cross-functional programs. Working as a member of the Account Services team, you’d leverage your skill set, experience, and creativity to improve operational efficiencies and deliver world-class service to our Client and Account Partners.

Core Responsibilities

Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify areas of improvementDevelop and implement process management improvement initiatives to enhance efficienciesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design new processesCreate and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts, standard operating procedures, and training materialsConduct mapping and modeling to visualize current and future state processesPartner to deliver on annual key performance indicator commitmentsProvide training and support on an as-needed basisParticipate in continuous improvement projects and account transitionsAssist in the selection and implementation of process management tools and technologies

Qualifications & Required Skills 

The ideal candidate will be an experienced and skilled individual, demonstrating the following:

Strong organizational acumen, and ability to demonstrate command of project management methods and terminologyBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, financial, economics, engineering or related disciplinesThree or more years of experience in a similar rolePrior use of systems and tools used to program manageDemonstrated ability to successfully solution, manage, and report progress of cross-functional multi-faceted programsStrong Microsoft application skillsExcellent oral and written communication and presentation skills. Strong understanding of process management concepts with the ability to explain them to others. Present sound judgment, initiative, resourcefulness, grit, and the flexibility to operate independently in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrate a well-established commitment to continuous learning and innovationWilling and able to work at the stakeholder’s pace, using agile working methodology that enables an iterative approach to project deliveryOpen to being integrated alongside existing team members, sharing their knowledge with, and learning from, other team members and subject matter experts on the account and across the JLL communityBe customer service oriented with client contact when necessaryOffer a strong analytical skillset with a track record of identifying potential issues pro-actively and formulating solutions and contingency plansAbility to think strategically, adopt a shared vision, and embrace change as an opportunity. Set and maintain stakeholder expectationsCertification in Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus
