The Human Resources (HR) Programs and Services team is responsible for the operations for Prudential’s global total rewards programs, payroll, tax, accounting, and talent acquisition. It also provides data management, application management and shared services operational support for HR. A unique opportunity exists within the team for a Process Operations Specialist to support the operational administration of Prudential’s Learning & Development Operations.  
 
This role involves executing operational tasks and deploying learning campaigns within Workday by leveraging a hybrid support model of internal and third-party vendors. The position executes operational work that supports the Learning and Development COE strategy by closely collaborating with HR Process Consulting and Application & Data Management teams to deliver learning content to intended audiences while ensuring superior quality and user experience.    
 
This role will be a hybrid work arrangement based out of our Newark, NJ location. Virtual locations are also considered.

What You Can Expect:
•    Serve as the Operations Specialist for Learning & Development within our global HR Support model, managing the Workday Learning business process  
•    Partner with key stakeholders to administer and deliver Learning and Development content across multiple learning platforms  
•    Ensure the effective implementation and assignment of learning content to target audiences within the Learning module
•    Administer and manage Continuing Professional Education (CPE) programs within Workday Learning, including tracking credits, ensuring accreditation compliance, and facilitating timely reporting and certification    
•    Operate in a fast-paced environment, focusing on operational delivery effectiveness to enhance user experience and Learning and Development processes
•    Identify, implement, and enforce key controls within the Learning business process.
•    Act as a trusted partner to the Process Consulting and Learning & Delivery teams, executing their strategy to deliver content to the intended audience
•    Be a key member of the internal operations team, managing the execution of training strategies, content delivery, and audience management to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards
•    Prioritize and execute incoming work to meet critical objectives
•    Address and resolve production issues, manage recovery efforts, and respond to learner inquiries
 

What You'll Need:
•    Experience creating and delivering learning campaigns and courses within the Workday Learning module, including uploading and managing campaigns, courses, audiences, notifications, reminders, assignments, and enrollments
•    Foundational understanding of performing administrative and operational functions within the Workday Learning module
•    Strong knowledge of the Workday Learning business processes
•    Experience with administering and managing content within supplemental learning platforms such as Axonify
•    Ability to analyze and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency of content delivery, and partner with Process Consulting on developing and implementing solutions.
•    An operational and process-oriented mindset with the ability to make connections across multiple systems
•    Relentless focus on operational excellence, process simplification, and quality control
•    Strong collaborative skills and a positive relationship management mindset for working with internal partners
•    A quality-focused mindset, dedicated to meticulously reviewing details to ensure they consistently meet high quality standards

It'd Be a Plus If You Had: 
•    Experience with Workday Learning configuration
•    Experience with educational materials, training programs, and content providers such as LOMA
•    Experience with administering content within a variety of learning platforms
•    Experience managing processes within large, complex organizations
•    Experience in technology or HR operations
•    A basic understanding of what drives Learning & Development success in the financial services industry
•    Experience creating SOPs for technical and non-technical Workday processes. 
 

What we offer you:Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $71,100.00 to $105,900.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
