Process Operator

We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions. **Core Responsibilities and Tasks** + Follows all policies and guidelines regarding workplace safety and product quality + Check on equipment throughout shift to ensure equipment is working properly + Reads and clearly follows processes that are required + Contributes to division results and performance + Takes care of internal and external customer needs and expectations + Operate equipment specific to area such as: + CARBON:Bag products, samples and test; Manage spent carbon feed to reactivation furnace; Switch tank feed from tank to tank of spent carbon; calibrate PH probes, operate a filter press, run facility wastewater treatment plant + REGEN:Sort bottles by size and resin; load and unload deliveries to and from regional branch; Operates forklift to move bottles and materials through plant and load/unload trucks; evacuates bottles **Position Requirements** + High School Diploma or equivalent + Must complete site specific safety training + Ability to communicate clearly to team members + Be able to follow and read instructions + Have basic math skills + Site specific requirements:CARBON: Be able to complete 40-hour hazardous waste operations training + Preferred:Some manufacturing/plant experience + Forklift driving + Knowledge of computers Our Total Rewards Program goes far beyond base compensation by providing a more fulfilling work experience and offering a competitive benefits program, including: + Generous PTO package and paid holidays + Generous retirement saving plan + Customizable health, dental and vision insurance (eligible on first date) + Career progression plans + Reward and recognition programs + Paid parental leave + Tuition Reimbursement + Company Wellness Program + Employee Discount Program Job postings will include a wide salary range, with each role's pay falling within that range. The starting salary is based on factors such as skills, experience, location, and market conditions.
