**Job Title: Process Operator** **Job Description** Operators will ensure customer orders are filled and out for delivery in a timely manner. They will also handle general cleaning of the plant, washing hoses, large totes, and drums, and disposing of drums. This role is primarily a material handler, with the material being liquid chemicals used for water treatment. The operators will fill orders, stage them at the dock, and load trucks. Additional responsibilities include cleaning hoses, tidying up the warehouse, and completing accurate paperwork. Operators will also spend time washing and disposing of used totes and drums. **Hard Skills** + manufacturing experience + heavy lifting + Forklift experience (loading and unloading trucks preffered) **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 20 Week(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Camby, Indiana. **Work Environment** SHIFT 1st shift (4am-12pm) Mid Shift (8am-4pm) 2nd shift (12pm-8pm, sometimes 8:30pm to finish a truck) Operators must wear PPE including bump cap, safety glasses, gloves, respirator in some areas, and a chemical suit. The suit adds 10-15 degrees of heat. The warehouse is temperature controlled to an extent, but it will still be hot in the summer.
