Job Type: Full Time
Compensation: Starting at $24.30/hr, after qualified, wage goes up to at least $27.75/hr (effective January 21st, pay rate will go up to $25.05/hr and after qualified, $28.50/hr)
Shift(s) available: It's a standard 8 hour shift. Starting times are 7am, 3pm, and 11pm. What shift you will be on, will be determined after hired (all are possible options)

A Typical Work Day May Include:

Executing processes and operating all equipment of a designated area; departments may include preparation, refinery, extraction, steam generation, biodiesel, and grain dryingMonitoring equipment, operating control systems, processing samples, and utilizing computer systems to input and record data as necessaryInspecting buildings, grounds, and equipment utilized by the facility to troubleshoot, perform light maintenance, and complete repair workInteracting regularly with peers and management to pursue continuous improvement of facility operations and promote a teamwork focused environmentUnderstanding and adhering to all safety policies and proceduresMaintaining a safe and clean work environmentOther duties as assigned


What You Will Need:

Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorshipMust be 18 years or olderAbility to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodationAbility to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) including a respiratorAbility to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)Ability to work in confined spacesBasic computer skillsAbility to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance noticeValid drivers license

What Will Put You Ahead:

High school diploma/GED or a minimum of two years equivalent work experienceExperience in production and/or similar military environmentExperience with continuous flow process environments, such as crush, refinery, or biodiesel operationsExperience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and/or automated computer systems, such as Human Machine Interface (HMI)
