**Job Title: Process Operator**
**Job Description**
We are looking for a dedicated Process Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for following procedures to control the flow of water and chemicals, operating membrane cleaning skids, and performing various maintenance tasks. This role requires physical strength, technical ability, and a commitment to safety in a manufacturing environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Follow procedures in opening and closing valves to control the flow of water and chemicals through pipelines and hoses for regenerating mobile trailers and steel tanks.
+ Learn how to operate the membrane cleaning skid.
+ Stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds frequently throughout the shift.
+ Utilize process instrumentation and hand-held devices to perform specific job duties.
+ Perform 5S job duties including housekeeping, painting, and other autonomous maintenance tasks as directed by supervision.
+ Test tanks for quality and pressure to ensure standards are met.
+ Maintain a working knowledge of all SOPs associated with the dumping and filling process.
**Essential Skills**
+ Technical ability to learn the regeneration process.
+ Willing and able to work safely in a water and chemical industry environment.
+ Physical strength to pull, move, and connect hoses between process equipment, mobile trailers, and steel tanks (50 lbs required).
+ Mechanical ability from previous jobs to troubleshoot and perform repairs on mobile trailers, steel tanks, plant equipment, and piping.
+ Basic to intermediate computer skills to perform paperwork duties.
+ Diploma or GED required.
+ Experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
**Shift & Pay**
+ 1st shift: 6am to 2:30pm, Monday to Friday, with overtime available
+ **$20**

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
