**Job Title:** Process Operator **Location:** Malvern, PA **Shift:** Monday – Thursday, 1 PM - 11:30 PM (Training may start on 1st shift) **Pay Rate:** $22 - $24/hr **Assignment Type:** Temp-to-Hire **Job Overview** Adecco is hiring **Process Operators** to support the micronization and milling of pharmaceutical materials, including active ingredients and excipients. This role requires strict adherence to **cGMP guidelines, SOPs, and safety protocols** while maintaining production efficiency and product quality. **Key Responsibilities** + Set up, operate, and monitor equipment for micronization and milling of pharmaceutical materials. + Ensure batch records and documentation comply with **Good Documentation Practices (GDPs)** . + Maintain a clean and compliant work environment following **cGMP guidelines** . + Identify and communicate deviations, non-routine events, and **GMP deficiencies** . + Follow **standard operating procedures (SOPs)** and company policies. + Participate in **shift change meetings and continuous improvement initiatives** . + Wear required **Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)** , including a respirator hood, safety glasses, gloves, and safety shoes. **Requirements** **Education:** High School Diploma or GED **Experience:** Prior manufacturing or regulated environment experience preferred. **Skills:** + Strong **organizational and communication skills** (oral & written) + Attention to detail and ability to **multi-task** + Basic **math skills** and ability to follow SOPs **Physical Requirements** + Lift **up to 44 lbs independently** and **up to 76 lbs with assistance** + Work safely with **high-potency pharmaceutical ingredients (HPAPI)** + Stand/walk for **up to 8 hours per day** and perform moderate physical labor ( **lifting, bending, crouching, reaching, and twisting** ) **Interested?
