**Job Title: Process Operator** **Job Description** Candidates will perform general manufacturing duties and operate various types of equipment in the manufacturing process. They must have the ability to use various types of hand and power tools. The role involves filling molds for seals of various sizes, baking them in an oven machine for 6-8 hours per mold, and running multiple processes simultaneously once trained. After baking, candidates will use hand and power tools to deburr the mold, smooth the surfaces, and extract the material from the casting. The working hours are from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm for the first shift and from 3:30 pm to 12:00 am for the second shift. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Groveland, Massachusetts. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
