Our client, a leader in manufacturing and automation, is seeking a Process Operator/Crane to join their team. As a Process Operator/Crane, you will be part of the production department supporting various manufacturing phases. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully with the organization's values.

**What's the Job?**
+ Set up and operate a variety of automated equipment and processes for transition manufacturing.
+ Interpret detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine necessary tools and operations.
+ Perform minor maintenance on equipment and assist in quality checks and measurements.
+ Utilize material handling devices to load and unload parts and materials efficiently.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
**What's Needed?**
+ 2 to 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly with stainless alloys.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and utilize precision measuring instruments.
+ Experience with forklift and crane operations, with certifications preferred.
+ Strong computer skills and familiarity with data collection systems.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
