Pay:
Based off experience starting at $26.11/HR+$1.50/HR Shift Differential (if on rotating shift) $2000 sign on bonus

What is the Required Shift? (2 shifts pending opening)
Shift #1: Rotating 2-2-3 shift:
12 hour shifts4 weeks on day shift (6am- 630pm) followed by 4 weeks on night shift (6pm- 630am)Every other weekends off
Shift #2: 4 Shift Rotation:
- Rotating shifts between 1st (6:30 AM -3:00 PM), 2nd (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM), 3rd (10:30 PM – 7:00 AM) and 4th (week off)
- 8 hour shift during the week (Monday- Friday)
- 12 hour shift on weekends (off every other weekend)
- 1 consecutive full week off per month (in addition to other days off per month)
Job Purpose:
Process Operators are responsible for the following but not limited to: product/machine changeovers, hourly quality checks, CIPs (clean in place), product quality (weight, appearance, etc.) as well as assisting Production Coordinators and the Maintenance team when issues arise.
What are we looking for?
Minimum Requirements:
High school or GED3+ years of experience in a hands on manufacturing roleBasic analytical and math skills Comfortable and able using laptops, ipads and Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Email, etc)Physical Requirements:
Frequent lifting/carrying (10-50 lbs.) and frequent pushing/pulling (50-200 lbs.).Frequent handling/gripping/bending/stooping.Ability to work at elevated heights off a ladder or platform, climb stairs, leaning over equipment.Ability to stand and / or work on feet for extended periods (minimum eight hours in one shift).Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed to support production needs and to conduct multi-task work in a very fast paced work environmentAble to read, write, speak and understand EnglishPreferred Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in a hands on manufacturing roleExperience in a food or beverage manufacturing areaMaintenance knowledge or capabilitiesFork lift experience
What will be your key responsibilities?
System experts in their assigned area and are highly functional in multiple areas.Ensures efficiency, operational conformance, product quality and continuous improvement.Directly responsible for the efficient production of quality products in the required quantities.Operate, monitor and change over machinery while providing problem resolutionTrain and perform the tasks of other associates in the area as needed and support the PC and Maintenance teamComplete temper checks, capable of working in team atmosphere as well as working independently, complete CCP and OPRP checks daily.Maintain accurate records of quality checks and keep detailed logbooks.
