Perform ongoing assigned lead activities, including providing to support to team, in addition to performing operator rolesOperate mobile powered equipment (i.e. forklift, skid loader, sit down floor sweeper, front end loader)Inspect buildings, grounds and equipment utilized by the facility to troubleshoot, perform light maintenance and complete repair work while coordinating with maintenance work and other teams to ensure a smooth and stable operating processUse hand and power tools perform preventative and autonomous maintenance, troubleshoot complex machine issues and support other operators in troubleshooting and providing guidanceMonitor equipment, operate control panels, process samples, adjust machine processes using selectivity and complex decision making and utilize computer systems to input and record data and support othersResponsible for process testing, bulk commodities, and process testing for finished productsUnderstand and adhere to all safety policies and proceduresOther duties as assignedRequired Qualifications:

Eligible to work in the United States without a visa sponsorshipBe 18 years or olderAbility to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs., kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodationAbility to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) including a respiratorBasic computer skills Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above to 160 feet in the air)Have a minimum of 6 months of experience working in a production or plant environmentAbility to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)Ability to work overtime including holidays, nights, weekends, or different shifts with advance noticeProven Management/Leadership experience for at least 6 monthsAbility to learn how to operate mobile equipment


Preferred Qualifications:

A high school diploma or GED equivalentComputer experience being able to enter and retrieve dataComputer working knowledge of Microsoft office software, with emphasis on Excel and Word
