Process Optimization Lead

How you will create an impact:

This is a fantastic role that offers great career progression, as you will have the opportunity to drive impactful change focusing on the client experience across all product lines in countries all over the world for AIG’s largest clients. In this role, you will play a critical role in enhancing Multinational operational capabilities.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

Process Optimization: Lead the design and continual improvement of end-to-end processes across Multinational operations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.Implementation Management: Manage the rollout and adoption of process improvements, ensuring smooth transitions, effective stakeholder engagement, and minimizing business disruption.Cross-functional Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with cross-functional teams to identify gaps, gather requirements and develop improvements to ensure process solutions align with stakeholder needs.Project Leadership: Coordinate process improvement initiatives and strategic projects that enhance operational effectiveness across multiple jurisdictions and geographical regions.Change Management: Develop and execute change management plans to ensure successful process adoption by global teams, including communication, training, and support for impacted stakeholders.Data-Driven Insights: Collaborate with MN analytics team to leverage data and reporting tools to measure process performance, identify improvement opportunities, and guide decision-making.Process Documentation and Training: Oversee the creation of detailed process documentation, training materials, and best practice guides to support global teams in delivering consistent, high-quality service.Continuous Improvement: Identify operational inefficiencies, opportunities for improvement and socialize best practices.

What you’ll need to succeed:

Significant experience in process design, implementation and improvement within a complex, global organizationStrong project management skills, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional initiativesExperience working in the insurance industry – Multinational Operations experience advantageousExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAnalytical mindset, able to work with data and metrics to drive process improvementsStrong reporting skills, with experience in ExcelPassion for driving a culture of operational excellence across the organizationProficiency in change management methodologies and tools (MS Viso etc)Understanding of compliance and risk management frameworks in regulated environments.
