Volt is immediately hiring for a an Process Planner in Santa Ana, CA

\r\n\r\n

As an Process Planner interprets customer requirements from Blueprints, Purchase Orders, Specifications, and Quality clauses. Converts above technical data into manufacturing plans consisting of technical processing sheets.

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tMaintains professional relations with vendors, suppliers, customers, internal personnel and external contacts\r\n\tReview all specifications required and request from customer if not included\r\n\tReview all purchase order notes, drawings, parts lists, change orders\r\n\tUtilize blueprints to build a technical process sheet for production\r\n\tVerify manufacturing plans based upon best manufacturing methods\r\n\r\n\r\n

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tAbility to read and interpret blueprints\r\n\tBasic, working knowledge of anodizing specifications and processes\r\n\tProficient in MS Office\r\n\tExperience with MRP/ERP preferred\r\n\tStrong analytical skills and the ability to diagnose problems\r\n\tSelf-starter able to work independently to identify solutions\r\n\r\n\r\n

Qualifications:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tMinimum 3 years hands-on experience in Aerospace Planning in a manufacturing environment\r\n\r\n\r\n

This is a Temp-to-Hire Opportunity.

\r\n\r\n

Schedule: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

\r\n\r\n

Pay Rate: $19.00 to $20.00/hour

\r\n\r\n

*Pay Rate offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
