As the Process/Project Engineer at our Direct Air Capture facility in Notrees, TX you will:
Supports the core values of the organization by maintaining a focus on safety, environmental compliance, quality, cost consciousness, reliability, and operationsSupports and participates in programs, methods, systems, and practices for maintaining a safe and environmentally sound work environmentSupports the safety process systems through participation in planned inspections, job observations, near miss reporting, incident investigation, area audits, and other programs as requiredIntegrates quality concepts throughout the process with focus on process reliability and customer satisfactionTracks production and efficiency problems, with a focus on continuous improvementWorks closely with the Technical Manager and operations personnel to find ways to improve existing plant processesProvides technical expertise to reduce manufacturing costs and to improve product quality and overall plant reliabilityParticipates in the design and implementation of equipment and process improvements, material of construction improvements, and efficiency and cost improvements.
