Posting Summary Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Process/Project Manager (M614F) for NJMS- Emergency Medicine. Under the direction of the Chair, the Process/Project Manager – Simulation and Research is responsible for conducting high-quality research in conjunction with faculty in the field of Emergency Medicine. Assists in the design and coordination of highly specialized and technical research projects. Is also responsible for the day-to-day operation of the department’s simulation program/center. Oversees the preparation, maintenance, inventory, and operation of all simulation equipment/supplies and collaborates with faculty to design, plan, implement, and schedule simulation activities. Ensures adherence to program policies, course objectives, program and project outcomes, and current simulation best practices and safety measures. This position will cross-train to provide backup support to other staff as needed.

Among the key duties of this position are the following: Provides support to the Research Associate/RBHS Instructor & Director. Provides administrative and operational support for the Simulation Center Assist residents/staff in the use of computers and applications. Actively participates in professional organizations as appropriate and necessary. Understands and adheres to Rutgers’ compliance standards as they appear in RBHS’s Corporate Compliance Policy, Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policy.
