Hitachi Digital Services Vietnam is part of a 300 strong global delivery network, supporting Hitachi Digital Services around the globe. Our employees collaborate with teams in Japan, India, Portugal, and the US, servicing customers worldwide and working on a huge variety of projects. From cloud migration to digital modernization and advanced analytics, offering operational excellence, agile delivery, and plenty of energy to work on huge transformation projects for our customers.
What you'll bring:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or relevant major. More than 4 years experiences of software development process, quality assurance (QA) or similar role.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of QA process audit, product audit, statistic, quality report and analysis. Knowledge of QA system development and implementation. Knowledge of ISO 9001, CMMi. Excellent cooperation and communication skills. Responsible and proactive. Ability to work independently. Proficiency in English.Duties
Define, customize the software development process in the projects based on the company process. Monitor process compliance Periodically perform process audit and product audit. Prepare QA reports and send to Managers or clients as needed. Consult client, Project managers, other members for process, templates, checklists. Maintain QMS satisfying ISO 9001 requirement, CMMi. Provide Senior Leadership Team project status report and process compliance periodically. Collaborate and report Global QA Team about project status and process compliance periodically.
