Process Quality Engineer
MAU is hiring a Process Quality Engineer for our client in Greenville, SC. As Process Quality Engineer, you will establish and qualify internal processes required to enable high-quality products and on-time delivery to our customers. After qualification is complete, this role will help monitor the results of those processes with internal and external customers, determine root cause of any non-conformances, and implement corrective actions. This is a contract, long-term assignment.

Benefits Package Competitive compensation package Health, dental, and vision insurance 401k matching Paid vacation and holidays On-the-job training Uniform allowance Required Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or another technical field; OR High school diploma or GED; WITH 4+ years of professional work experience Prior leadership experience General Requirements Ability to read and understand Engineering drawings and specifications Ability to plan, communicate, and execute Effective at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines Strong organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills High attention to detail and accuracy Demonstrated integrity – accept and adhere to high ethical, moral, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions, and when dealing with others Build a connection with the team through personal involvement and trust Preferred Requirements Prior gas turbine component experience and knowledge Essential Functions Complete qualification requirements for all HA HGP components in a repair cell Document technical data generated to substantiate the assigned components, assemblies, and/or systems consistent with quality policies and procedures Provide advanced quality engineering of new product introduction involving new processes or advanced automated equipment Work with the quality team to disposition nonconforming material and devise remediation actions and adjust qualifications as required Maintain, document, and improve line processes for assigned products to ensure consistent quality Apply standard engineering techniques to assigned tasks and ensure that specific goals are met in terms of quality, quantity, and timeliness to meet department goals Identify and participate in process improvement projects alone or as part of a multifunctional team, to drive customer satisfaction and business productivity Identify opportunities for reduction in product cost and lead the projects to execute on those opportunities Conduct training on quality assurance concepts and tools Perform other tasks as required #PS
