Job Summary

Responsible for manufacturing technology resources, supporting team management, team performance, and management of KPIs within the site.

Technical Expertise/Knowledge/Problem Solving:

Performs routine tasks as outlined by SOP's and supervisor.Uses existing procedures and precedents as basis for carrying out work and generate results defined by supervision.Recognizes changes and responds to deviations from expected results in routine tasks.

Scientific and Engineering Methodologies:

Applies basic understanding of tools and techniques associated with the project.Effectively assembles appropriate equipment or apparatus for outlined procedure.Familiar with basic laboratory procedures.

Business, Competitor, Market and Customer Expertise and Impact:

Learns about the needs of the business unit and how it relates to work group activities. Beginning to learn short term business objectives of the project.

Intellectual Property and Documentation:

Contributes to novel techniques, materials, processes etc. by performing experimental trials.Documents information according to IFF policies (laboratory notebook). Maintains confidentiality according to guidelines.

Communication:

Oral communicator of technical information. Communicates well with supervisor & work group. Reports results of assigned tasks on a regular basis throughout the workday.

Collaborative Leadership:

Is a contributing team member.Works well with other team members.Carries out own tasks to meet work group objective
