Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assist in resolving complex customer service issues that require additional research and communication with other departments in the bank; follow through to customer resolution. Use statistical methods to identify areas for operational improvement and make suggestions for streamlining processes. Identify different types of data that need tracking to improve business performance. Work on projects designed to improve quality, reduce errors and design new business processes. Review information and trends to ensure that the output of processes is achieving the desired results and that services are meeting agreed upon service levels. Work with management, support teams, customers and vendors to gather and analyze information and make recommendations. Actively participate in the testing efforts of all Treasury products when upgrades/enhancements/releases are being initiated on the respective platforms, including any core banking system release installs.
