As a Process Solution and TSC Manager, you will be responsible for management of the ECR Application NA / Process Solution for PC and CV/Truck & Bus for the development of products and design of customer process solutions, including paint related products and equipment evaluations. You will also manage the complaint process within North America and resolve customer complaints by engaging directly with key stakeholders in organization (e.g., field and sales teams, technical mgmt. etc) to gather detailed case information and to validate complaints by organizing internal tests. In addition, you will effectively manage the customer complaints (NCM) in SAP, providing expert technical advice across North America.

Hold a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, engineering or equivalent refinish market experienceHave minimum 10 years automotive technical managementHave profound understanding of bodyshop operative processesDemonstrate strong leadership skills and experienceDemonstrate entrepreneurial drive and logical thinkingHave the ability to manage through a matrix organizationDemonstrate exceptional written and oral, presentation and communication abilities in English (other language skills a plus)Have expertise with Microsoft Office products Have SAP & NCM Process experienceCreate your own chemistry with you@BASF
