The Process Lead will develop the operating teams' technical understanding and mastery of process control. You will owe the Centerline DMS owner for your area, implement improvements, and develop training. This is often an entry-level management position or an experienced hourly lead position. You will report to the Cell Lead, onsite at the North Mankato facility.
Responsibilities (not all inclusive):
Participate in plant wide continuous improvement projectsYou will oversee the Centerline Management system for the departmentLead process definition to identify Centerline targets and document standardsDevelop control strategies to allow operators to respond to out of control situationsYou will manage integrity of Line Event Data Systems (LEDS)Analyze line data to Identify loss elimination opportunitiesLead the Changeover system for the departmentWe will use root-cause analysis on main chronic losses for the departmentYou will coach teams on Centerline and Changeover DMS execution and continuous improvement fundamentalsYou will create trainings and help manage training for departmentPosition Qualifications:
Demonstrate Excellent Safety Performance. Accident/Incident-free behavior.Competent with computer use—Excel (can perform complex functions) ,Word, SAPPrevious recent leadership experience in a food-processing or manufacturing environmentEducation and Experience:
