Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a/an Process & System Expert located in Salt Lake City, UT.

Reporting to the Materials Planning Manager, the Process & System Expert role involves being responsible for supporting materials and production functions.

What a typical day looks like:

Leads test cold room and bone pile activities for major customer units.Syncs up with operations supervisor on the daily customer commit.WO management to ensure the correct materials consumption.Optimizes the logistics of materials.Contributes with status and actions to CFT.Synchronizes server and rack production to achieve SLA.Advises non-exempt associates regarding day-to-day priority of customer requests.Serves as advanced interface with customer for escalations of order commitments, order expedites, and problem resolution.Coordinates and manages high-visibility and/or important customer programs. May include initial customer or product startup initiatives or large customer programs.Coordinates with Master Scheduler to manage product life cycle and related materials availability issues.Plans, schedules, coordinates and approves product release to the production planning systems based on material and capacity availability.Represents Order Management on various Customer Focus Teams.May also support inventory control, supply chain management, material planning, and scheduling.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

1-2 years of experience in a similar position.ERP Experience – BaaN and/or Oracle, SAP.Microsoft knowledge.Planning and production control background.BOM structure knowledge.Ability to speak and understand English.
