**Job Title: Process Technician - UP TO $28/HR!** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Process Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for the repair and maintenance of all plant equipment, buildings, and grounds. The successful candidate will observe mechanical devices in operation, dismantle devices to remove defective parts, and inspect used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements. **Responsibilities** + Repair and maintain plant equipment, buildings, and grounds. + Observe mechanical devices in operation and listen to their sounds to locate causes of trouble. + Dismantle devices to gain access to and remove defective parts. + Inspect used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements. + Adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments. + Repair or replace defective parts, lubricate and clean machines. + Start machines to test their performance. + Repair electrical equipment and control systems. + Maintain records in compliance with applicable quality procedures. + Conduct plant-wide safety checks on equipment. + Complete maintenance request forms and preventive maintenance (PM) books once work is complete. + Follow safety standards and procedures according to OSHA and ANSI regulations. + Complete requisitions with proper approvals for maintenance items needed to repair equipment. + Ensure timely completion of all maintenance repairs to machinery and equipment. + Repair and perform PM on all auxiliary equipment and tag with completed tag. **Essential Skills** + High school diploma or GED + 3-5 years of troubleshooting injection molding + Preventive maintenance **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with blueprints + Knowledge of injection molding + Quality control inspection **Work Environment** This role operates in a non-climate controlled environment. The second and third shifts offer a $2 shift differential. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clyde, Ohio **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
