Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Process Technician for the 2nd shift. This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of production processes, particularly in the area of injection molding. You will be responsible for checking and correcting process parameters, completing mold changes, and verifying job cycle times. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a clean, climate-controlled environment with a company that has work booked out until 2027.
Responsibilities:Check with the previous shift to verify the production schedule and current process parameters.Check the production schedule for mold and/or material changes.Responsible for checking and correcting current process parameters to master monitor, and record.Responsible for timely completion of mold changes.Verify and maintain job cycle times.Verification and control of scrap and downtime.Follow up on tooling and maintenance work orders.Essential Skills:Minimum of 2+ years of previous injection mold experience.Experience in a manufacturing environment.Proficiency with hand and power tools.Additional Skills & Qualifications:Own their own hand/power tools.Ability to read blueprints.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This is a very clean, climate-controlled environment. Training will be provided on the day shift for a minimum of 4 weeks. Currently, employees work 5-10 hours of overtime per week.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $27.00
