Job Title: Entry Level - Process Technician - Starting at $21/hr

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Process Technician for our 2nd shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes, including verifying production schedules, maintaining process parameters, and completing mold changes in a timely manner. This role requires a strong experience in injection molding, mechanical troubleshooting, and machine operating.

ResponsibilitiesCheck with the previous shift to verify production schedule and current process parameters.Check production schedule for mold and/or material changes.Responsible for checking and correcting current process parameters to master monitor, and record.Responsible for timely completion of mold changes.Verify and maintain job cycle times.Verification and control of scrap and downtime.Follow up on tooling and maintenance work orders.Essential Skills1+ year of previous injection mold experience.Experience in a manufacturing environment.Experience with hand/power tools.Additional Skills & QualificationsOwn their own hand/power tools.Ability to read blueprints.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

This is a very clean, climate-controlled environment with 2nd shift hours from 2:30pm-10:30pm, Monday through Friday, with potential overtime and weekend work as necessary. Training will be provided on the day shift for a minimum of 4 weeks. Currently, there are 5-10 hours of overtime work available per week.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $27.00/hr.
