Process Technician (2nd Shift)Oversee the injection mold process and ensure proper completion of mold changesConduct mold repair and troubleshooting on injection mold machinery with clamp force up to 1,600 tonsEnsure the accuracy of first runs after mold changesComplete start-ups, shut downs, and set-ups of processesMonitor and adjust cycle times as neededOversee preventative maintenance on molds and manage the PM scheduleOperate and make adjustments to robots and their programsOperate remote-controlled overhead cranesWork with hydraulic hoses and tooling of machinesMaintain accurate documentation on computersPerform PMs on tooling, including disassembling, reassembling, and cleaningWhy Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.79 - $26.41/hr.
