Job Responsibilities First point of contact for all frontline process related issues occurring during 12- hours shift operation. Collaborate with Equipment, Yield, and Operation teams to restore down process and machine back to production. Deploy and review effective statistical control of processes to ensure a stable and robust processing platform. Support process engineering continuous improvement projects, cost optimization to upkeep production capacities and process capabilities. Provide effective hand-over to/from day/night shift process sustaining members. Job Requirements Diploma in Engineering/Science or equivalent from a recognized institution. Fresh Diploma graduate welcome as well. ITE Higher Nitec or Nitec with > 3 years of lithography process experience in a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environment. Familiar SPC and OCAP in advance. Fundamental Microsoft Excel and Computer skills. Willing to work 12 hours rotating shift.
