What We Offer $18.30 per hour 3rd shift, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM, 2/2/3 schedule On-the-job training Health benefits, including telehealth medical services Opportunity for advancement Referral bonuses What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED (preferred) 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or at a recycling facility Mechanical aptitude Basic mathematical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Knowledge of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and dimensional checks Keen attention to detail Proactive self-starter who can work well without supervision Capacity to stand for the duration of the shift, work in varying temperatures and conditions (excessive hot/cold, dusty, dirty), bend, stoop, reach, and lift 50 pounds What You’ll Do as a Process Technician Load materials into production machinery Remove, pack, and sort raw materials and finished products Collect and dispose of garbage and production waste per company policies Clean production equipment and work areas Manage front-line safety and quality control Set up and perform routine maintenance of equipment Perform other tasks as assigned
