**Process Technician - Direct Hire Position** **ABCD Schedule** - 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 3 days off; every other week you will have a 3 day weekend **Shifts Available:** Day Shift (Monday-Friday 6am-6pm) Night Shift (6pm-6am) **Pay:** $18-25 (depending on experience and skill level) **Job Description** Qualified candidates will be expected to operate controls, monitors, and various process equipment including chillers, mixers, blenders, depositors, etc. You will be responsible for investigating and implementing countermeasures to improve product yield, and line equipment changeovers and making adjustments during production runs. Also responsible for assisting maintenance technicians in installations, debugging, repairs, and preventative maintenance of production equipment. This role is looking for someone who is mechanically inclined and has a high level of experience in machine operating and entry level of experience in maintenance. **Qualifications** -4+ years’ experience machine operating -1+ year in machine maintenance -Read blueprints and schematics -Mechanical troubleshooting -Not a requirement but a plus: quality inspection experience **Work Environment** + Abide by OSHA guidelines including lock-out/tag-out and HAZCOM guidelines and other safety initiatives + PPE Requirements: steel toe shoes, hearing protection, hardhat, eye protection, and hand protection **Benefits** + Health, Dental & Vision plans + Direct Hire Position + 6% 401K Match + PTO -40 hours the 1st year, 80 hours 2 years, 120 hours 5 years **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
