Direct Hire position$55,000.00 to $62,400.00 /annuallyWeekend work requiredSecond Shift (Sunday through Saturday from 06:45pm to 07:15am)Setting up and operating injection molding machines to produce plastic parts.Following all aspects of processing safety protocol.Changing out molds, completing setups, and repairing molds.Monitoring and preparing support equipment, such as dryers, color feeders, etc.Responsible for cleanliness of department and all processing equipment.Perform Mold cleaning and process documentation.Contribute to highly productive, efficient, and team-oriented work environment.Work with Team Leader on line clearance and 5S.Communicate effectively with production personnel, supervisors, and engineers to ensure quality.Maintain good documentation practices.Process Technician Qualifications:
3+ years of hands-on experience in injection molding.A working knowledge and experience with injection molding and ancillary equipmentA working knowledge of a wide range of thermoplastic materials and their properties Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detailFamiliarity with injection molding machines and robotsApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
