We are excited to welcome new team members to our **Noblesville facility** , where we specialize in the production of single-use medical devices. As a **Process Technician** , you will play a vital role in our plastics extrusion and molding division, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Configure machines by setting parameters and performing changeovers.
+ Document machine setups and provide operator support to resolve any issues.
+ Analyze and troubleshoot process problems while performing routine maintenance.
+ Adhere to production schedules and uphold safety protocols.
+ Diagnose minor issues and offer technical support on various projects.
+ Conduct research to minimize defects and maintain high machine quality.
+ Operate an overhead crane for mold replacements.
+ Engage hands-on with machinery, including climbing onto machines and lifting over 50 pounds.
**Essential Skills:**
+ Mechanically inclined with proficiency in using hand tools.
+ Experience operating overhead cranes.
+ Strong skills in process documentation.
+ Knowledge of pneumatic systems.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**
+ Prior experience as a process technician or in mold setting.
+ A medical background is preferred due to specific field requirements.

**Work Environment:**
+ You will work 100% on the manufacturing floor within our plastics mold and extrusion division. Join a collaborative team of technicians and engineers in a clean environment that complies with FDA guidelines, including gowning procedures before entering the plant. Our facility features a café and office space, but your primary workspace will be on the floor with the machines. You will support one of the three extrusion and molding machines during your shift, among a total of 16 machines. Available shifts include **Night Shift from 10:45 PM to 7 AM (Sunday-Thursday)** , with other options potentially available.
**Job Type & Location:** This is a **Contract to Hire** position based in **Noblesville, Indiana** .
