**Process Technician**
**Job Description**
The Process Technician is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the manufacturing processes within the fabrication department. This role involves monitoring production, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that all processes are efficient and meet quality standards.
**Responsibilities**
+ Continuously monitor and analyze production processes to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
+ Identify and resolve issues in the manufacturing process to minimize downtime and maintain product quality.
+ Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
+ Maintain accurate records of production data, process changes, and quality control results.
+ Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop and implement process improvements.
+ Provide training and support to production staff on new processes and equipment.
+ Ensure all processes comply with safety regulations and company policies.
**Essential Skills**
+ Three to five years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
+ Experience with CNC and sheet metal fabrication.
+ High School diploma or equivalent.
+ Proficiency in blueprint reading, assembly, electrical schematic, process control, and process improvement.
+ Experience with sheet metal fabrication, press brake, CNC, welding, and quality control.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with electrical assembly of production equipment or heavy-duty manufacturing equipment.

**Work Environment**
The work environment is well-lit, clean, organized, and temperature-controlled. The first shift runs from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM. While we are willing to train and invest in quality talent, overtime may be mandatory at certain periods, so candidates should be open to working additional hours as needed. Physical requirements include the ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move materials up to 50 pounds, and work in a noisy and fast-paced environment.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Flowery Branch, Georgia.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00
