Process Technician
Responsibilities:
Oversee the injection mold process and ensure smooth operationsPerform mold repair and troubleshooting on machinery with clamp force ranging from 420 to 1,600 tonsEnsure the proper completion of mold changes and accuracy of initial runsManage start-ups, shut-downs, and set-ups of injection moldsInspect and verify the quality of partsMonitor cycle times and make necessary adjustments for efficiencyManage preventive maintenance on molds and create PM schedulesSupervise machine set-ups and tool changesCollaborate with robots, overseeing touchpoints and editing programs as requiredOperate remote-controlled overhead cranesHandle hydraulic hoses and machine toolingDocument all processes accurately on a computerPerform preventive maintenance on tooling, including disassembly, reassembly, and cleaningWhy Work Here?

The pay range for this position is $18.79 - $26.41
