**Job Title: Process Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Process Technician responsible for troubleshooting any issues related to the injection molding process or the associated equipment. The role involves documenting and communicating with other process technicians and supervisors to ensure smooth operations. _Prior experience with injection molding is preferred, but not required._ **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot issues related to the injection molding process or associated equipment. + Document and communicate with other process technicians and supervisors. + Set up machines and make necessary adjustments. + Operate and troubleshoot robotics and HMI systems. + Conduct maintenance and repair tasks as needed. **Essential Skills** + 1+ years of experience in process troubleshooting, robotics, and machine set-ups using HMI. + Experience with injection molding, presses, stamping, or similar processes. + Ability to perform minor maintenance and repair tasks. **Preferred Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with Sepro robotics. + Experience in injection molding processes. **Why Work Here?** Candidates have the opportunity to work in a climate-controlled facility that is very clean and offers the ability to grow within the plastic injection molding environment. The facility is clean and well-maintained. The position is for the 3rd shift, from 10 pm to 6:30 am, Monday to Friday, with regular overtime required, typically 5-6 days a week. There are two process technicians per shift, and this opening is due to one person retiring from the 3rd shift. **Job Type & Location** This is a direct hire, permanent position based out of Chattanooga, TN. **Pay:** $22-$33/hr, depending on experience **Shift:** 3rd - 10:00pm to roughly 7:00am **Schedule:** Monday-Friday with OT on Saturdays as needed **Weekly Hours:** probably 55-65, depending on how busy they are at the time **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $66560.00/yr.
