**Injection Mold Process Technician Needed!** **$30-36hr** **Description:** + Responsible for troubleshooting any issues related to the vacuum forming, adhesive spraying, or injection molding processes, or the associated equipment. + Document and communicate with other Process Technicians, Manufacturing Engineers, and Shift Supervisor results of problem solving, and any deviations from established methods or procedures that may be necessary to resolve specific issues + Responsible for monitoring Maintenance Technician mold change program loading and set-ups, as well as Operator inspecting and verifying the first shot checks to assure proper methods were followed to produce a quality part. + Ensure the molding machine are set to the correct process parameters to produce quality acceptable parts for production as set forth by the Process Engineers. + Ability to troubleshoot injection machines, robots, material feed systems, and EOAT (End of Arm Tool) - (Engel, Krauss Maffei, and Husky machines) + Kuka robotics experience + To ensure machines are running efficiently and producing acceptable parts by monitoring and preventing machine downtime. + Set molds. **Skills:** **troubleshooting, injection mold, set up machine, maintenance repair, robotics, Engel, Krauss Maffei** **_If interested in this opportunity contact Chris Washington at (864) 607-9059 or send resume via email to cwashington @_** **_aerotek.com_** **_for faster response_** **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $60320.00 - $62400.00/yr.
