Process Technician
**Job Title: Process Technician** **Job Description** Our team is searching for candidates who will monitor and maintain a variety of production processes and equipment of high complexity to ensure efficient and high-quality output. Troubleshoot technical issues and implement process improvements. We are looking to fill 4 different departments, including laser cutting, robotic welding, brake press line, and diesel machinery line. If you have experience in similar areas, we look forward to seeing your application **Responsibilities** 4 areas: + Trumpf Laser Cutting Area: get a list of jobs for the day, gather materials, verify thickness/length/width, start up, fix cutting issues(power, focus, speed editing), edit tech tables(will train on software), automation issues(sensors, slug/scrap blocking, pallet crashes), document. + Brake Press area: machine tear down, set up, 1st piece inspection, QC checking. Troubleshoot by changing the depth/angles of bending, and tooling troubleshooting. Will use protractor, height gauge, calipers, + Robot welding: Fanuc robot welding cells, program, edit with teach pendant, fixture repairs, edit Lincoln welder speeds, feeds, temperatures. Will fix issues such as porosity, blow throughs, and read blueprints. + Cummins diesel line: hydraulic-driven punch presses, tube benders, and lomars. Die troubleshooting in small machines, changeovers. Troubleshoot if the bends are off and verify the length of the bend. **Essential Skills** + Experience with setup, operating, and monitoring production equipment such as CNCs, stamping presses, brake presses, robot weld cells, and automated industrial machinery. + Ability to read blueprints. + Mechanical aptitude, including the ability to perform tasks like an oil change on a vehicle using wrenches and screwdrivers. + Familiarity with navigating computer software for tracking production and identifying errors. + Experience with weld robot cell startup and repair, including tuning in welders, troubleshooting robot and fixture failures, and teachpendant reset/homing. + Mechanical aptitude for completing changeovers on industrial machines such as CNCs, presses, and weld cells. + Experience with automation in an industrial setting, including tooling inspection and troubleshooting issues through HMI screens and sensors. + Knowledge of using protractors, calipers, and height gauges for tooling. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with Trumpf or BLM Machines. + Fanuc experience. + Programming robots. + PLC experience. **Why Work Here?** The company provides parts for the agriculture and construction industry, ensuring a stable work environment with no ebbs and flows.
