**Responsibilities**
Under the guidance of the Director:
+ Provides overall leadership for Ascension Technologies Clinical Imaging Mergers & Acquisitions and Divestiture activities as well as Construction projects, including project discovery and coordination of Clinical Imaging prioritization
+ Includes: Running reports to provide meaningful data and metrics to other Clinical Imaging leaders; Coordinating Clinical Imaging activities across the Mergers & Acquisitions and Divestiture and Construction project lifecycle; Identifying areas for continuous improvement
This is a hands-on role that includes process management and coordination, etc. This is not a "people-management" role.
Responsibilities may include the following:
+ Maintain Clinical Imaging Mergers & Acquisitions and Divestitures documentation by gathering information from other Clinical Imaging Domain Owners
+ Participate in AT Construction Strategic Oversight Committee on behalf of AT Clinical Imaging
+ Escalate prioritization conflicts
+ Ensure Domain Owners are assigned to appropriate discovery, HLD, and estimation tasks related to M&A and Divestitures as well as Construction projects
+ Create reports in ServiceNow, Tableau and/or Google Sheets
+ Act as the primary point of contact for Clinical Imaging in Mergers and Acquisitions and Divestitures Team, including coordinating tasks needed for completion by other Domain Owners as part of M/A&D projects
+ Act as the primary point of contact for Construction Demands, coordinating tasks needed for completion by other Domain Owners as part of Construction projects
**Requirements**
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
+ Certification credentialed from the International Association of Information Technology Asset Managers preferred.
Education:
+ High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
+ 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

+ Bachelor's degree preferred.
+ At least 10 years of IT experience preferred.
