What You Will Do:
This position will play a critical role in supporting the broader team in executing the client transform their business with digital transformation efforts. Develop new automation capabilities, processes, and procedures for enhancing the security effectiveness and operational efficiency of HSI’s mission-based capabilities through enhanced detection, automation, integration, and connection. This position will assist in strategic program support in terms of process automation, data analytics and change management. Additionally, assistance in support of helping define funding requirement justifications to help secure funding.

What You Will Need:

US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust

Bachelor's Degree

ONE (1) year or more years' experience in business analytics, business management or process improvement

Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps/Power Automate)

What Would Be Nice To Have:

Active DHS Public Trust or higher clearance

Direct experience or familiarity with DHS law-enforcement agencies

Advanced Power Platform experience (Power Apps/Power Automate)

Tableau or BI software experience

R or Python software experience
