Processing Analyst I The GCM Processing Analyst I role will be responsible for the trade verification and confirmation with counterparties and Comerica customers along with ensuring proper payment execution, monitoring compliance, and preparing reports. Position Competencies: Successful incumbents possess strong verbal and written communication skills; strong accounting and problem-solving skills; and must be open, adaptable to change and maintain a positive attitude. Position Responsibilities: * Settlement of collateral activity for the bank which are related to Capital Market Operation, Trust, and Municipality. * Collect principal and interest income which averages $100MM monthly. * Critique and verify trade information, confirm details with counterparties/customers, and resolve/escalate exceptions. * Advise / negotiate required payment protocols with counterparties / customers. * Review, repair (as needed), and approve counterparty / customer payments. * Schedule and ensure receipt of payment from counterparties / customers, balance to subsystems, and resolve / escalate exceptions. * Monitor customer activities for KYC compliance. * Prepare worksheets and reports to balance and reconcile transaction activity. * Automate Subsystems * Utilize multiple subsystems to perform record maintenance, generate reports, and daily processing.
