Processing Operative – Forklift Truck Driver/Packing Operative

Hours of work: 37.5 per week


Monday to Friday: 2pm – 10pm (permanent afternoons)

The job role:


Operate a Forklift in a safe manner to load products onto lorries from the warehouseUse bagging equipment to fill large bags ready for dispatchUse of other mobile plant equipment – front end loading shovelsMeeting production targetsCarry out site cleaning and promote good housekeeping practicesFollow health and safety guidelines

You will:


Hold Full and valid UK driving licencePossess a Forklift licence for at least 12 monthsUnderstand health and safety in the workplaceHave the willingness to learn and drive other mobile plant equipment (front end loading shovel)Possess basic numeracy, literacy and IT skills
