Join us as a Mixer Operator working on our Siete products! A mixer operator is responsible for operating and maintaining mixing equipment in the tortilla and chips production process. This role involves accurately blending ingredients to create dough or batter to meet production specifications. mixer operators ensure consistent product quality, adhere to food safety standards, and work efficiently to meet production targets.

As a Full-Time team member, you would work between 40 and 50 hours per week and overtime may be required. We set industry standards in terms of pay and benefits. It's a physical job! If you have never worked in a warehouse environment before, you should understand that you will be on your feet for the entirety of your shift. Additionally, products made at this plant contain tree nuts, so please consider the potential for allergens. Here is a list of some of the more frequent tasks you could expect to perform during the workday:
* Operating process related equipment and plant process control systems in a safe environmentally responsible manner
* Optimizing plant performance by monitoring ingredient levels, reporting shortages, and coordinating with inventory control or procurement teams to maintain stock.
* Collecting and reporting plant measurements related to performance, asset utilization, quality, costs yields
* Performing analytical checks, adjusting control systems and manually operated equipment based on process and lab data
* Determining root causes of deviations in process, product or equipment performance through use of troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis
* Identifying opportunities for improvement and makes improvements when appropriate
* Performing individual duties with a high degree of dedication to safety and environmental stewardship
* Performing process equipment troubleshooting, routine equipment repairs, improvements and preventative maintenance
* Performing daily tasks efficiently using the appropriate computer tools and software
* Ensuring operational activities and process performance are aligned with plant and business goals
* Ensure compliance with all safety, hygiene, and cleaning mixing equipment after each use.

Other Requirements:
* You are at least 18 years of age or older
* Be able to demonstrate basic computer skills
* Be able to work all applicable shifts on a regular basis (including weekends & holidays) and work overtime when needed
* Be able to lift 50 pounds, lift hoses, bolt flanges and operate valves and similar equipment routinely
* Be able to climb ladders/stairs and work at heights
* Be able to work in tight or closed-in spaces
* Able to work in extreme environmental conditions
