The focus of the position is to perform the day-to-day functions of reject decisioning/processing. Our ideal candidate must have/must be able to: + Pull rejected transactions from all processing areas using reports and processing audit trails with general knowledge of operations + Perform basic level transaction sorting and decision-making + High speed mail extraction and scanning + Open envelopes, extract transactions, batch checks, invoice and coupons according to instructions + Performs quality review on outgoing items + Prepare daily reconcilement and billing reports Education/Certification Requirements: + High School Diploma or GED Experience requirements: + Computer skills + Able to make decisions + Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment + Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. + Ability to stand for long periods of time Note: **This role is On-Site;** thus, open to candidates near/in/around Monterrey Park, CA **Pay Details:** $17.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
