Key Responsibilities: + Knowledge of general heat treat requirements for solution treat & age of titanium and aluminum. + Proficient in verifying paperwork (routers, logs, furnace charts, specifications, furnace calibration status, etc.) + Knowledge of company policies, applicable procedures, specifications, and work instructions + Proficient in cleaning processes + Knowledge of all heat treat equipment operation + Understands purpose of and how to perform shear testing. + Ability to perform daily PM for heat treat equipment. + Knowledge of general heat treat requirements for solution treat & age of titanium and aluminum. + Proficient in verifying paperwork (routers, logs, furnace charts, specifications, furnace calibration status, etc.) + Knowledge of company policies, applicable procedures, specifications, and work instructions + Proficient in cleaning processes + Knowledge of all heat treat equipment operation + Understands purpose of and how to perform shear testing. + Ability to perform daily PM for heat treat equipment. The salary range for this position is $19.00 to $22.80 Physical Demands: + Must be able to lift/move 30 lbs. (may not exceed per EHS policies) + Must be able to stand for long periods of time Basic Requirements: + High school diploma or GED + 1-years experience operating machinery + Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
