In this role, you will:

Support Operations in completing larger and more complex business, operational, and customer support initiatives and overall effectiveness of team performanceUse technical expertise in the designated area and resolve escalated issuesProvide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and customer supportPerform complex operational and customer support initiatives within Operations functional areaAssist staff, managers, and colleagues and provide guidance and interpretation of policies and proceduresApply technical knowledge and expertise to perform work and action requestsProvide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to staffCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsInteract with internal customersReceive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirementsThis LO position has customer contact and job duties which may include needs assessing and referring those customers interested in a dwelling secured product to a SAFE team member. This position includes assisting customers without taking an application and without offering or negotiating terms of a dwelling secured transaction. Individuals in a LO position also must meet the Loan Originator requirements under Regulation Z (LO) outlined in the job expectations below


Required Qualifications:

4+ years of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Job Expectations:

Visa sponsorship is NOT available for this position.Relocation assistance is NOT available for this position.Able to work Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:30pmThis position offers a remote schedule but MUST reside within a commutable distance from one of the locations listed below. Individuals in Loan Originator (LO) positions must meet the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau qualification requirements and comply with related Wells Fargo policies. The LO qualification requirements include meeting applicable financial responsibility, character, general financial fitness and criminal background standards. A current credit report will be used to assess your financial responsibility and credit fitness, however, a credit score is not included as part of the evaluation. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening, if necessary
