Description Hiring Food Line Processors in Reading, PA 7pm to 7am – Rotating Days – $19.75hour

 

Key Responsibilities:

Adhere to all GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), food safety requirements, and company policies. Prepare kettles for startup and shut down processes. Operate kettles, monitor frying processes, and produce quality products in a high-pressure environment. Monitor, maintain, and change kettle oil as needed. Set up and change slicer heads. Coordinate kettle operations with basement prep rooms and packing areas. Oversee quality and food safety of raw materials, in-process, and finished products. Remove waste from prep rooms, kettle rooms, and sorting areas and ensure all containers are emptied for the incoming shift.

 

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working with high-temperature equipment and performing physical tasks. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to the job’s dynamic requirements.

 

Work Environment:
