Summary:The Clean Products Value Chain department has an opening for a highly motivated individual to join the Renewable Fuels (RF) group at the Findlay, Ohio Campus. The successful candidate will have strong organization, interpersonal and communications, and be able to work in a team environment. You will collaborate with various renewable fuels schedulers, various internal groups, and suppliers MPC is contracted with. You will be required to use MPC and supplier developed web and mainframe-based portals, internally developed server-based applications, and MS Office Suite programs. This position is located in Findlay, OH.The preferred schedule for this role is a part-time, rotating schedule(i.e. Week 1: Mon, Wed, Fri / Week 2: Tue, Thu). Flexible arrangements will be considered based on business needs. Responsibilities:Works with RF Schedulers (Biodiesel/Ethanol, Feedstocks), terminal personnel, the MPC rail group, processing facilities, and internal accounting to gather, validate, and input data into Kaleris, and monitor data in Kitty Hawk and RightAngleReview and update existing BOL information in Kaleris, alert scheduler(s) of any missing or incorrect BOL information, and assign scheduling information in Kaleris to allow rail order matching in RightAngleAct as an accounting liaison for rail movements by confirming deal bookings, correcting errors, and ensuring data is correctly flowing into RightAngleTrack shipped railcars to assess deal progress and review and resolve errors within KittyHawkUtilize a variety of spreadsheets and/or software applications to input, review, and reconcile project recordsCollaborate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders in communicating the data as required and other project dataSupport the development and long-term maintenance of project documents.Maintain knowledge of department practices and procedures, and how they apply to work functionsAssist with special projects as neededEducation and ExperienceHigh School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred1-2 years of administrative, processing, customer service, or related experience preferredStrong business, interpersonal, and operations acumenBasic computer keyboard skills requiredExperience with or basic knowledge of Internet based portals and the Web in generalKnowledge of Microsoft Office programs, Word, Outlook, with an emphasis on Excel
