Schedule: Flex 9x80 alternative schedule (Every other Friday off)
Pay Rate: $50.77 to $65.20 per hour

Join us as a Procurement Admin, where you’ll play a critical role in managing supplier performance, driving negotiations, and supporting key programs in the aerospace industry.
In this role, you will oversee supply and demand, coordinate schedules, and ensure the financial and delivery performance of suppliers. You will also negotiate contracts, resolve performance issues, and contribute to process improvement teams that help shape future procurement strategies. Your efforts will directly contribute to the success of high-impact aerospace programs in Oklahoma City and Seattle.
What You’ll Be Doing: Supplier Management: Oversee supply and demand processes, ensuring on-time delivery and quality. Monitor supplier performance to meet program needs. Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations on pricing and contract terms, preparing and executing strategies for effective supplier agreements. Collaboration & Problem-Solving: Consult with external customers and work with internal teams to resolve supplier performance issues and develop strategic solutions. Continuous Improvement: Participate in supply chain process improvement initiatives, identifying and implementing opportunities to optimize procurement practices. Cross-Program Support: Support the E7 supply chain program, assisting with procurement of goods and services for both Oklahoma City and Seattle programs. Required Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience managing or contracting with suppliers. Strong knowledge of contract term negotiations, pricing strategies, and supplier performance. Ability to interpret and enforce contract terms and conditions. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in negotiating contract terms and prices within the aerospace or defense industry. Familiarity with supply chain process improvement teams and strategies.
