Our client is seeking a Procurement Administrator to join their team. As a Procurement Administrator, you will be part of the Supply Chain Service Center supporting various Business Units. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and effective time management abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Procurement Administrator
**Location: Calgary, AB**
**Job Description:**
+ Create purchase requisitions from defined requirements in support of Business Unit activities.
+ Monitor approval of requisitions and complete changes as required.
+ Create and approve purchase orders as per established commit authority.
+ Manage the purchase order lifecycle, including resolution of invoice problems.
+ Communicate with vendors to resolve issues and ensure timely processing of orders.
**Qualifications:**
+ Legally entitled to work in Canada.
+ High school diploma.
+ 2+ years of experience in a related business field.
+ Understanding of procure to pay processes and SAP MM.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
