The Opportunity:
You will be an important part of the 772nd Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (ESS) support team, the group that is responsible for executing enterprise-wide, installation strategic contracts for Air Force bases in the continental United States, also supporting Air Force medical contracting, the Air Force Civil Engineering Support Agency and the Defense Technical Information Center.
Responsibilities:
You will be required to perform high-level administrative and clerical duties in support of contract administration tasks, including providing internal and external customer service with minimal training and orientation. You must have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the business field and be able to work independently with minimal oversight. You will answer telephones, type, input information/data into various computer systems, and prepare correspondence, and statements. You may be required to utilize the invoicing, receipt, acceptance, and property transfer (iRAPT), Electronic Data Access (EDA), Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) and myInvoice applications within the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE).
Typically, you will:
Assist in drafting and finalizing award documents applicable to price and cost evaluation support (excluding negotiating)Assist in development and maintenance of contract status trackers, payment/ordering trackers, and training validation for CORsDraft and finalize a variety of narrative documents such as request for proposal (RFP) letters, correspondence, memoranda, and briefing chartsAssist the PCO with generating routine award actions through the contract writing system that is currently used at the organizationAssist the PCO in setting up award contract files using provided templates or other documentsEstablish and maintain suspense/submittal logs, automated files, worksheets, and databases as needed in a centralized locationProofread records, forms, documents and sort contract recordsHandle day-to-day issues and activities relating to invoice payments including recording invoice payments and maintaining invoice recordsReview, research, drafting of proposed responses and generation of copies in support of a variety of tasks to include Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests and protest actions or other claims against the agencyCoordinate with other contractors, DFAS, and other paying activities to obtain administrative and payment documentationProvide all summary of activities during reporting period, in the monthly status report
Qualifications:
Required:
Three (3) to 10 years of Office Operations Support experienceBA/BS degree in an acquisition related field (Six (6) years of directly related experience may be substituted for the educational requirements)Completed/adjudicated Tier 1 background check (NACI)

The proposed salary range for this position is:
