Procurement Administrator Mr Price Group

To assist the procurement team by carrying out the general administrative duties and placing orders for equipment and material, organising and storing documents. The procurement administrator is expected to apply established procedures to varying situations in assisting the procurement team. The procurement administrator will be tasked with conducting regular price comparisons to ensure the company obtains the best price for each product that is purchased

Education:

Matric. Diploma/Degree in Business or Economics, Logistics, Supply chain Management or Purchasing. Procurement would be advantageous.        

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years in a procurement environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and PowerPointAlign the internal purchase order system (DAX) with supplier price list with regards to new/existing product codes, description and price to ensure stakeholders are kept abreast of change.Update fixture manuals for DivisionsEnsure responsible procurement practices are being met and comply with company objectivesManagement and execution of procurement processes within DivisionLiaise and follow up with all stakeholders, both internally and externallyOrganise and coordinate administration of the procurement processGeneral administartive duties
